Tonight I catch up with my old pal Huy who now works as a designer for Hulu in Los Angeles. After we get caught up on his work at Hulu and life in LA, my dad joins us and we talk sci-fi books including Ender's Game; as well as other books we're reading. We discuss the I-Pad and other technologies of the future and then end with a series of random and thought-provoking questions.

LEGOs! This week we talk about LEGOS from our past, sets we wish we had, LEGOs we still have, Star Wars and Indiana Jones LEGOs and LEGOs we wish they would make. I confess to making a recording mistake and forgot my headphone so the mike picked up the audio as well as the Skype recording so at some point it sounds like the audio is playing twice which gets annoying but try to have fun with it! Be sure to visit the website for all the latest: http://www.ctupa.com/tupacast

This week we did things a bit differently. First we recorded a short 13 minute podcast on the porch during the Easter weekend with the Tupas smoking cigars and sipping whiskey. The topic we discussed is: what would you do if you knew your were going to die in 12 hours. A pretty fun one despite the morbid tone to it.
After that we provided running commentary for a TV show called Ark 2. We watched episode 3: The Tank. If you want to listen to this part of the podcast the mp3 is over at http://www.ctupa.com/tupacast

Tupacast Episode 21: Last Man on Earth

Oh Boy, are you in for a treat! This is a wonderful episode. We talk all about what would happen if you were the last person on earth. What would you do, where would you go, how would you eat and survive. We also mention blowing things up, living on a submarine, off-roading in an RV, going to Cuba and much, much more. Very informative and entertaining at the same time. I forgot to turn on my mike for the first 8 minutes or so, so there may be some questions answered that you didn't hear posed.

Tupacast Episode 20 - Louis Hoefer!

Episode 20 is a special one indeed! I talk with my friend from elementary school; Louis Hoefer! We haven't spoken in 20 years, since I moved from Indiana to Texas. Louis talks about his company that makes role-playing games, we trade memories from our time together, specifically the harrowing tale of Red Eye! Louis also informs me of all the changes that have happened in 20 years. A wonderful episode about connecting with your past and having fun at the same time!
